80 min ride - what??
The workout for yesterday was an 80 min spin at level 2 with 5 six min intervals at level 3. I was working late last night, so I decided to spin at work. did a 20 min interval, stopped and stretched. The 60 min portion of the work out went well, I was able to avg in the mid 90s rpm. The goal is to up my leg speed. I felt strong throughout the workout :)
